I recorded the first semi-final ( Germany v. Italy ) and guess what? The tape/recorder/ whatever decided that it was gona chicken out at such an important time! The thing kept stopping then after about a minute, jumping about ten minutes then showing kinda okay for a few minutes then the whole ****** cycle REPEATS itself all over again !!!!!! Shucks, then I couldn't watch the match! Even though I know Italy knocked the popular favourites by two goals well into extra-time, I still wanna watch it! I guess I have to tape the repeat broadcast at 11pm tonight... Let's all cross all fingers and twiddle-widdies toes and hope that my tape/recorder/whatever doesn't bawl out AGAIN. France v. Portugal... I guess France will edge out Portugal by that tweeny-weeny bit... I don't really care either way though... My favourite team, England was knocked out already... Boohoo [red m&m is eaten] someday, this sleeping giant... will reach for the stars 8:08 PM
